Delivery & Returns

We send all our packages containing food next day by UPS.

We always send these with an extra day left in the week to resolve any courier related issues if these come about, but we will need these to be reported as quickly as possible so that we are able to help resolve the issue and send out a replacement box if necessary.

Tracking information & delivery changes

Once deliveries are booked in, UPS are given your email address and contact number for all tracking information to be sent directly to you. These are taken straight from information you leave when you order, so please make sure these are accurate. We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

It will then be up to you, to check tracking information and ensure that you are home for the delivery, or that you have updated the delivery information with UPS yourself, to tell them a preferred neighbour to deliver to, a safe place to leave your parcel, or to rearrange your delivery direct with UPS using your tracking numbers. We will not be able to do this for you.

UPS pick up points

On occasion, if the recipient is not home, UPS will deliver to the closest UPS pick up location. This is usually a shop nearby. It is the responsibility of the person who has placed the order, to check tracking information sent, and ensure that the package is collected from said location on the same day, to ensure food safety if chilled food has been sent.

If packages are not collected by the recipient on the same day from the UPS collection point, Nibble is not responsible for any refunds, or for the food safety of the products delivered.

Collection from the cafe

Collection our cafe is available between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

We do close at 5pm, so if you’re running late, you will need to call the cafe on 0161 923 4845 to organise late pick up. This may not always be an option, as the team are only on the rota until a specific time.

If you’re too late to collect, we will of course store your order in the fridge until the following day, but it is your responsibility to collect on time.

We will not be responsible for any refunds for products ordered for collection but not collected on time.

Transfer to the fridge on delivery

Please transfer your delivery straight to the fridge on arrival.

It will ensure your cakes last longer, and will keep any chilled food food safe until you’re ready to eat it.

Use by dates

All of our brownies will last a minimum of 5 days from delivery.
Keeping them in the fridge will prevent the edges from drying out and keep them gooey for longer.

All of our other cakes will last around 3 days from delivery.
Keeping them in the fridge will prevent the edges from drying out and keep them soft for longer.

All vacpacked vegetarian chilled produce will last 5 days from delivery.
This must be kept in the fridge to keep the temperature food safe.

All vacpacked meaty chilled produce will last 3 days from delivery.
This must be kept in the fridge to keep the temperature food safe.

Chilled deliveries

Some of the products we send need to be kept chilled.

We package these in insulated pouches, with ice packs, and vac pack your products to ensure food safety. While it might not be quite as attractive as our usual veg ware packaging, it is the most effective way of sending chilled items to ensure their quality and safety.

Allergy information

Allergy information is provided with all of our deliveries.

If you do have allergies or intolerances, you must let us know before ordering.

If you’re unsure whether or not something is safe for you to eat, you must contact us before ingesting so that we can advise.
We do everything in our power to ensure there is no cross contamination between any of our products or any of the 14 major allergen groups. We prepare food that contains different allergens on separate days, and store them separately too, but we do operate from one kitchen and cannot control what has happened to our ingredients before they get to us, so there may be traces of allergens found.

If you need any additional information, have allergies or intolerances of anything other than the 14 major allergen groups and need to know if these are in our products, or have any questions at all, please get in touch before eating.

GIRLS CAN MERCH ORDERS

If your package doesn’t contain food, we will send it 1st class through Royal Mail.

You should hope to receive this between 1-2 days after you receive your email from us to let you know your package is on it’s way.

Missing, damaged or incorrect items

These don’t happen often but accidents do sometimes happen, and we will always try to rectify them in order to keep you happy.

You must contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem.
The later in the day, the harder it is for us to resolve issues within the timeframe needed for a delivery the following day.

If you’ve ordered savoury items, make sure you check the white ‘wool cool’ pouch inside our boxes. This is where any chilled items will be kept, so don’t throw this out until you’ve emptied the pouch into the fridge.

Sustainability

You can refreeze and reuse all icepacks we send. They’re great for picnics, or chilling injuries so please reuse them.

We only use recyclable or compostable packaging and we upgrade all of our deliveries to make them carbon neutral too.
