✶ 2 quinoa flour choc chip cookies (vegetarian, gluten free, contain egg)
✶ Avocado brownie (vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, contain egg)
✶ Salted caramel espresso brownie (vegetarian, gluten free, contains milk and egg)
✶ After eight mint brownie (vegetarian, gluten free, contains milk and egg)
✶ Beetroot fudge brownie (vegan, gluten free, contains soy)
✶ Creme egg brownie (vegetarian, gluten free, contains egg and milk)
Stocks are limited, and once these sell, we’ll be changing the flavours again.

I snuck this one in our online shop back in January for the first time, and it’s something I haven’t yet shouted about. It was an opportunity for me to try new bakes and get experimental, and make sure that our gluten free cake offering wasn’t just about brownies.
We must have done something right, because in the last three months, despite never being mentioned anywhere on social media or in your inbox, this box has only gone and become our best bloody seller hasn’t it??
As with all the cake boxes on our sites, I am switching up the flavours regularly to reflect what we’re baking in the cafe, to bring that Nibble experience to you, no matter where in the UK you’re based.
How it works
All you need to do is…
1. Choose your delivery or collection date at checkout. We deliver UK wide!
2. Add a message if you’re sending as a gift.
3. We’ll make them ourselves, from our independent bakery in Manchester.
4. We’ll send them to you.
5. And then you just need to eat them and enjoy!
All of our edible treats are made at our female run cafe in the Northern Quarter of Manchester city centre and shipped wherever you’d like them to be.
You can collect from the cafe if you’re local and save on the delivery fee.
All our gluten free baking is done on separate days in our baking basement, so that we can ensure we have zero gluten products open or around at the time, so we know we’ve done all we can to avoid all cross contamination and make things more accessible to more of our lovely customers. We store our cakes separately in airtight containers too once they’ve been sliced, and here they stay until they get placed in our cake counter, or sent to your home.

If you follow us on the socials, you might have seen lately that I’ve been telling you about our mission as a business, it’s one that grew organically over the last 5+ years while we honed our skills and worked out where our strengths were. We’ve naturally become somewhere with a great reputation for catering for those with dietary requirements, and now it’s one of the fundamentals of all we do.
Our mission is to make dietary requirements less stressful, after all, cake should be put a smile on your face!

You’ll get no dusty cardboard cake here.
Fear not, if you don’t have any dietary requirements – it doesn’t mean substandard cake, we wouldn’t sell something we wouldn’t be happy eating ourselves, and trust me, you won’t be able to tell the difference. Some recipes have taken years to tweak. Which means I’ve had to eat a shit tonne of cake over the last few years… It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it! 😅
Our gluten free cake boxes are a great way to send your loved ones a special gift, that’s safe for them to eat. They are coeliac safe, and made by us girls at our female run independent cafe in Manchester City centre.
