Valentines Home Delivery

We went a little over the top for Valentine’s weekend and ordered the Mezze Mix. Breakfast in Bed Box and Brownie Box. Our order arrived around 5pm and all was great quality.

Mezze Mix was something new for us, there were many items on the menu that we were unfamiliar with but we were eager to give it a go and were rewarded for it. In the extensive food on offer we both only found one item each that we didn’t enjoy. As for the quantity we had some flatbread with it and enjoyed an evening meal, lunch the following day and still had ample amount left for side-dishes for several meals. It’s the most value for money meal I’ve ever ordered. We’re both big meat eaters but this vegetarian offering didn’t leave us feeling like we were missing anything.

Breakfast in Bed box I did think may have been more of a novelty item, something just as a nice treat. Again I was impressed by the quantity there were 6 mini pancakes of each variety and plenty of toppings to go with. Enough for 2 people to have 3 brunches out of (or 2 if you’re feeling particularly greedy).. All were delicious, decent size and I love that the flavours are different in new boxes. We spaced them out over a few days.

The cost of all this came to the price of an evening meal out vet lasted us for days.

I can’t quite get my head around that. Can’t wait to visit the cafe in person once lockdown is over.
