Hello Pancake Day specials… And a cheeky recipe for you too!

We all need a little joy in our lives at the moment and not many things make me happier than eating fluffy handmade pancakes, especially in my favourite Northern Quarter spot in the cafe. n n Us girls will be doing these specials all week, until we sell out! n We’ve got vegan ones with biscoff, Oreos, banana and more. n Bacon and maple syrup (a classic!). n Passionfruit Cheesecake Blondie pancakes. n Brownie pancakes too… Let’s face it, it wouldn’t be a Nibble special if we didn’t get some of our bakes involved too. n n And if you’re not local, we thought we’d share our favourite pancake recipe for fluffy pancakes, every time… Click here for the recipe!
