Our beetroot fudge brownie is always available in our Manchester City centre cafe and it’s our best seller!
It’s a favourite with our vegan and gluten free customers, but also everyone else too.
And here it is in its festive form!

This is a full tray of our beetroot fudge brownie! Worth £42 in the cafe in slice equivalents!
Rather than slicing our brownies, at this time of year, we cover them in chocolate frosting, roll them up, and cover them in some more chocolatey goodness. We spray them with edible gold glitter for extra measure.
And then it’s just up to you and your loved ones to eat it.
You’ll get 12+ generous slices from each log.
You can freeze it too if you need to!

Sadly, they wouldn’t travel well by courier, so we have to send these pre sliced and packed for you if you live further afield – choose which option you’d like in the dropdown box at checkout.
If you’re local to Manchester, Cheshire or Tameside, we can deliver locally on selected dates.
Or, collect from the cafe and save the delivery fee.

Don’t let the beetroot put you off, you can’t taste it, it just adds moisture.
It replaces some of the ingredients we swapped out to reduce the number of allergens it contains to make it more suitable for our lovely customers who have dietary requirements. And to suit everyone around your dinner table.

PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL FESTIVE PRODUCTS –

All of our festive products will be available for delivery in December only but you can preorder now!
The last day we will be sending out courier deliveries is Wednesday 20th December for delivery Thursday 21st December. We never deliver on a Friday because it allows us an extra day to fix any courier issues if they happen to arise 🙂
Because of how Christmas falls this year, this is the last chance for UK delivery, however, all of our cakes will be made fresh to order and are able to be frozen if you want to extend their shelf life to last for the big day itself, or beyond.
We are also offering local delivery within 10 miles of the cafe (postcode M1 1JN) this year, on Christmas Eve if you’re local and want your goodies fresh for the big day.
As always, you can save the delivery fee and collect from the cafe, and dates will be available for this after the courier deadline has closed, as the cafe will be open up until the 23rd, and collections will also be available up until 1pm on the 24th.

We make them ourselves, from our independent bakery in Manchester.
We’ll send them to you.
And then you just need to eat them.

All of our desserts are made at our female run cafe in the Northern Quarter and shipped UK wide to your door.
